Jordan CRC’s Employment Assistance Program utilizes a proven supported employment model that helps people with mental health and substance use disorders find and keep jobs of their choosing. The model is based on the philosophy that employment is treatment and leads to improved recovery outcomes.

Our Employment Assistance Program is recovery-oriented and emphasizes individual needs, values, and preferences and maximizes the opportunity to re-establish a meaningful community life. Services include employment preparation and job development. Employment Assistance services are available to Jordan’s Recovery Housing Program participants.
